I've just been to the doctors for a depomedrone injection 120mg and the nurse was so good that i didn't feel a thing!

My question is, have you been told to rest after an injection of this as the hospital did before when i had one but the nurse didn't mention it?

My elbows are so painful and i have a lot of swelling through out my body, even my face, so i'm hoping for some relief soon.

Hi Shirley,

Yes, it's best to rest for 48hours after a depo injection to give it the best possible chance to work.
Hope you feel better soon.

Thank-you Doreen. I have my feet and an easy dinner to do today.

I will rest and hope it works.
